Does RTO Grow check USIs automatically?

Yes. Every USI is checked when the enrolment form arrives and re-checked overnight until it's verified.

What do we need to set up?

Enter your USI Organisation Code, click "Save and generate SSID" and "Test connection". The on-screen guide covers the one request you make in the USI Organisation Portal.

Can RTO Grow create a USI for a student?

Yes. "Create USI" takes a Medicare card, Australian passport or driver's licence, and the new USI is saved to the student's record as verified.

What if the registry rejects a USI we know is right?

Apply a manual override with a written reason, and the record shows it as a manual override.

What about students who don't need a USI?

Record an INTOFF or INDIV exemption with a reason. Offshore offerings stamp INTOFF automatically.

Can we verify a whole group at once?
