Tick "Allow direct booking" and a class gets its own page with a "Book this session" button and a QR code. Your course page shows every date with spots left, or full. Students can also pick a start date as they apply, book from a dates widget on your own website, or register in the student portal.
Class sizes are enforced every way a student books, so a full class never overbooks. When a student applies for a dated class, their seat is held until they pay or you approve them. If they don't finish, the seat is freed and they get one friendly email with a fresh payment link.

Every booking sends a confirmation email, whether the student booked online or your office booked them. The day before class, every booked student gets a reminder and the trainer gets a list of tomorrow's class. Add venue directions and course notes so students arrive ready.
The class page shows your roster with each student's status, USI, profile and payment. Book a student in, move them to another date, remove or reinstate them. After class, mark everyone competent and issue certificates and cards in one go. Trainers run the same steps from their own portal.
