We started on the other
side of the screen.
Years ago, our founder did her Certificate IV in Training and Assessment with every intention of opening her own RTO. Then she saw what it actually took: the effort, the cost, the mountain of compliance. She pivoted to helping RTOs instead, running their marketing and lead generation.
That's where the real problem showed itself. The RTOs with their tech sorted flew. The rest were duct-taping systems together: student handbook in one place, course materials in another, evidence scattered across a dozen folders. Ask a simple question like "where's your student handbook?" and three different documents would come back.
