Stripe: get paid straight into your account
Connect your Stripe account once under "Payments (Stripe)". Students then pay by card on your apply pages, booking pages and payment-plan links, and the money settles straight into your own bank account.
If Stripe ever sends a payment without a matching enrolment, it lands in the "Reconcile payments" queue so a person can create the enrolment, refund it or set it aside. Nothing slips through.
Your RTO Grow plan is billed through Stripe too, with every invoice under "Plan & billing".
USI Registry: every USI checked for you
Set it up once with your USI Organisation Code and ABN, and RTO Grow creates your Software Service ID for you. Click "Test connection" to confirm it works.
From then on, every USI is checked against the registry when the enrolment form arrives and again overnight. You can also find or create a USI for a student straight from their record.
training.gov.au: units without the typing
Start a new qualification, type its code, and pick it from training.gov.au. RTO Grow offers to import every unit in one click. Each unit's elements, performance criteria, knowledge and performance evidence and foundation skills come across too, and "Re-pull from TGA" refreshes a unit whenever it changes.
Email sent from Sydney
Every email RTO Grow sends goes out from Sydney. Send from your own domain with DKIM set up, so emails come from your RTO's name. Bounces and complaints come back and are marked on the student's record, so you know who isn't getting your emails.
Voice notes transcribed in Australia
Trainers can leave voice feedback and voice notes, and they're transcribed in Sydney.
Your tracking tags
Add your own GA4, Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager and Google Ads conversion IDs under "Tracking & analytics". They load on your hosted course, apply and booking pages, including inside embeds, and only your IDs ever load. Track conversions for "Apply clicked", "Application sent" and "Enquiry sent", so you can see which ads bring in students.
Your website
Connect your website to RTO Grow with one line of code, whether it's WordPress, Wix or a tag manager. You also get embed codes for forms, an embeddable dates widget, hosted apply and booking pages, and public quiz links.
SCORM 1.2
Upload SCORM zips to any unit and students play them in their portal with progress saved. Export your own learner guides and gamified courses as SCORM 1.2 packages to use anywhere.
Video in your learning
Paste a YouTube, Vimeo or Loom link into a learner guide or e-learning page and it plays as a video block.
AI drafting
RTO Grow uses Claude and OpenAI models to draft learner guides, assessments, marking guides and handbooks, improve existing content, build gamified courses and create images. Every draft is a proposal a person approves.
Sign-in and security
Students sign in with a one-tap email link or a password. Single sign-on for your staff can be set up with us. Cloudflare's bot check protects sign-up and public forms.
How your data moves
Stripe handles card details, so RTO Grow never sees a card number. The USI Registry receives only what it needs to check or create a USI and sends back the result. training.gov.au data only flows in. Your database, files, email and transcription stay in Sydney. AI drafting runs on Claude and OpenAI models overseas.
