Send the NCVER learner questionnaire

Where: Compliance → NCVER questionnaires → Manage Learner Questionnaire

1. In the sidebar, open "Compliance" and click "NCVER questionnaires".
2. On the "Learner Questionnaire" card, click "Manage Learner Questionnaire".
3. The "Ready to invite" list shows graduates of accredited courses who have a certificate issued and haven't been surveyed yet.
4. Choose how to send:
   • Click "Invite" next to a student to email them their survey link.
   • Click "Copy link" to copy their personal link and send it yourself.
   • Click "Invite all" to email everyone on the list. This can't be un-sent.
5. To send it automatically from now on, click "Turn on automatic invites" and confirm.

What happens next With automatic invites on, each new graduate of an accredited course is emailed their link within an hour of their certificate being issued. Graduates certified before you switched it on are not emailed. Invite them from the list. Click "Switch off" to go back to manual invites. Responses appear on the same page and under "Recent responses".

If something looks wrong If the page says "Awaiting question seed — feature inactive", the questionnaire isn't switched on for you yet. Contact RTO Grow support. Students with no email on file, or who are marked not available for survey contact, are skipped. The employer questionnaire is not available yet.
